Return Policy

All sales are final. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on eligible items for store credit only within 14 business days of the invoice date, and must be accompanied by a receipt. Credit is good for one year from date of issue. All packaging must remain intact and must be documented for shipping insurance claims. We do not charge restocking fees: however, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return of any item that arrives damaged, please contact us at info@megbraffdesigns.com. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted on special orders.

The following items are not eligible for return: Fine Art, Soft Goods (lampshades, pillows, throws), Lacquer Furniture, Antiques, Vintage Furniture, Sale Items.

Purchasing & Shipping

All merchandise sold in “as is” condition. To avoid the 4% Credit Card surcharge, payments can be made with Cash, Check, or Wire/ACH.

All purchases not picked within 5 business days will incur a storage fee. Pickup is available from our Locust Valley, NY or West Palm Beach, FL locations. All shipments are insured to the full retail value of the item(s).

If requested, we can assist with arranging a moving company to ship items purchased. However, the customer is responsible for the full shipping cost of the purchased items. All shipping quotes are valid for 30 days.

Items on Approval

Items can be taken on approval for a maximum of 48 hours unless given special permission. A credit card must be placed on file, and will not be charged during the 48 hour approval period. Once the 48 hour approval period has expired and we have not heard back from the customer, the card on file will be charged for the full amount of the product(s) with a 4% Credit Card Surcharge. If items returned are not in their original condition, the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount plus the 4% Credit Card Surcharge.

Items on approval are not to be removed from the state that they are taken on approval from. If requested, we can assist with arranging a mover to deliver items on approval. The customer is responsible for the full shipping cost, both to the customer and back to the original MBD location which it was taken from (in the event the customer decides to not move forward with the pieces on approval).

We reserve the right to decline having any item repaired.

We do not loan or rent items for photoshoots, with special exceptions.
