Wallcoverings

All wallpapers are sold by the 5 yard roll, 2 roll minimum
All printed grasscloths & non-printed grasscloths are sold by the 8 yard bolt. Printed Grasscloths have a 3 bolt minimum.
All wallcoverings are sold untrimmed unless requested, in which there will be an additional charge per roll/bolt.
In the event the desired paper is out of stock, the lead time is 4-6 weeks or 6-8 weeks depending on the print.

Wallpaper:
- There is a 10 roll minimum order with a 25% mark up per roll
- There is a mandatory strike off fee, $200, with a 1-3 week lead time
Printed Grasscloth:
- There is a (3) 8 yard bolt minimum order (24 yards) with a 25% mark up per bolt
- There is a mandatory strike off fee, $275, with a 1-3 week lead time
Once the strike off is approved, there is either a 4-6 or 6-8 week lead time for the paper, depending on the print.

All fabrics are sold by the yard, 2 yard minimum
All fabrics are 54” wide, and bolt sizes are packaged at a maximum of 24 yards. Special requests for quantity splits can be made with our printers.
In the event the desired fabric is out of stock, the lead time is 4-6 weeks for indoor fabrics, and 6-8 weeks for outdoor fabrics.

- There is a 25 yard minimum order, with a 25% mark up per yard.
- For patterns we already offer as an Outdoor Fabric: There is a mandatory strike off fee, $225, with a 6 week lead time.
- Once the strike off is approved, there is a 6-8 week lead time for the custom fabric.

Indoor Fabrics:
- Our fabrics do not require backing
- For stains: spot clean only with lukewarm water and a cloth. Refrain from scrubbing and using cleaning chemicals.
- Dry cleaning, steam cleaning, and machine washing are not recommended. Our Indoor Fabrics are screen printed.
Outdoor Fabrics:
- Our Outdoor Fabrics are electronically printed on 100% Poylester Suncloth, and are treated with Teflon EcoElite Finish.
- The Teflon EcoElite Finish. make the fibers impervious to water, oil and stains, resists mold and mildew and features the maximum sunfastness available in the market. PFA’s free.
- They be dry cleaned or washed in washing machine at 30 °C / 90 °F applying a gentle cycle with a soft detergent, low speed spin dry and air drying. DO NOT tumble dry. If required, dry-iron on reverse with maximum temperature of 110 °C / 230 °F.
